I am a neuroscientist, life coach, and educator passionate about bridging science and human transformation. With a background in neuroscience, biology, neuro linguistic programming (NLP), and hypnotherapy, I support individuals seeking clarity, resilience, and growth in their personal and professional lives.
I hold a degree in neuroscience and have authored multiple research papers published and presented at international conferences.
My research explores the therapeutic potential of natural compounds in addressing mental health conditions, with a focus on their molecular mechanisms. I also study how brain network connectivity shapes behavior—and how we can target these neural patterns to support meaningful change.
My academic training in biology also allows me to guide clients in cultivating healthier lifestyles. I offer informed support in areas such as nutrition, physical wellness, and behavioral habits, helping clients make sustainable changes that support both mental and physical well-being.
I take a holistic approach that combines evidence-based neuroscience with personalized coaching, helping clients unlock their potential through mindset work, emotional regulation, and purposeful reflection.
Born in London in 1994, I grew up between England and Iran, which shaped my appreciation for diverse perspectives and cultural nuance. I later lived in Austria, near Untersberg, Dalai Lama Mountain, a mountain often referred to as the “Heart Chakra of Europe”—a place rich with history, energy, and mysticism. It was there that my path began to shift. Surrounded by nature, stillness, and a deep sense of presence
The COVID-19 pandemic became a turning point in my life. It created space for deep introspection and a growing urge to help others—not by giving advice, but by asking the kinds of questions that spark clarity and meaning. That experience led me to the International Coaching Federation and awakened a sense of purpose I hadn’t fully known before: to guide others with the support of science, compassion, and insight.
Today, I combine the rigour of neuroscience with the heart of coaching to help people unlock their full potential.
